Elvis Andrus exits with tightness in lower back

Elvis Andrus is day-to-day with tightness in his lower back.

There is not too much concern with the Rangers that this is anything too serious, and is deemed precautionary.

Andrus had a one-out single in the first inning, and then went first-to-third on a single by Ian Kinsler. However, Andrus pulled up limping at third and left the game under his own power.

Adam Rosales pinch-ran for him, and scored on a sacrifice fly by Adrian Beltre.
