Saturday's Rangers-White Sox lineups: Jurickson Profar returns

Adam Rosales homered and drove in three runs Friday against White Sox ace lefty Chris Sale, but Jurickson Profar, a .194 hitter against lefties, returns to the Rangers' lineup Saturday against lefty Hector Santiago. Profar will start at shortstop while Elvis Andrus gets a day at designated hitter. "It wasn't that I liked one more than the other," manager Ron Washington said of the Rosales-or-Profar decision. "[Profar] is the one whose been doing it."
