Saturday's Rangers-Angels lineups: Leonys Martin slides to ninth

The numbers for Leonys Martin the past 17 games haven't been good at 12 for 65 (.185), and manager Ron Washington believes the Rangers' rookie leadoff man has been pressing as games gain more importance. So, he's not going to be the Rangers' rookie leadoff man for a few games. Washington hopes that moving him to No. 9 in the batter order Saturday will force Martin to relax and get back to the same approach he had when sparking the Rangers in late July and early August. Another rookie, Jurickson Profar, bats leadoff.

Rangers lineup vs. Garrett Richards: Jurickson Profar, 2b; Elvis Andrus, ss; Ian Kinsler, dh; Adrian Beltre, 3b; A.J. Pierzynski, c; Alex Rios, rf; Mitch Moreland, 1b; David Murphy, lf; Leonys Martin, cf.

Angels lineup vs. LHP Derek Holland: J.B. Shuck, lf; Erick Aybar, ss; Mike Trout, cf; Mark Trumbo, 1b; Josh Hamilton, dh; Chris Iannetta, c; Collin Cowgill, rf; Luis Jimenez, 3b; Grant Green, 2b.
