Tuesday's Rangers-Rays lineups: Back-to-back for Lance Berkman

Rangers manager Ron Washington chose the same lineup he used in a 6-2 loss Monday to go after Rays right-hander Jeremy Hellickson on Tuesday. That means that Lance Berkman will be the designated hitter again, his first back-to-back starts since Sept. 2-3 at Oakland. Washington said that he liked Berkman's experience and still believes that the veteran can provide a quality at-bat and do whatever the game situation asks.

Rangers lineup vs. RHP Jeremy Hellickson: Ian Kinsler, 2b; Elvis Andrus, ss; Alex Rios, rf; Adrian Beltre, 3b; A.J. Pierzynski, c; Lance Berkman, dh; Jim Adduci, lf; Mitch Moreland, 1b; Leonys Martin, cf.

Rays lineup vs. RHP Alexi Ogando: Ben Zobrist, 2b; Wil Myers, rf; James Loney, 1b; Evan Longoria, 3b; Matt Joyce, dh; Desmond Jennings, cf; David DeJesus, lf; Jose Lobaton, c; Yunel Escobar, ss.
