Wednesday's Astros-Rangers lineups: Mitch Moreland gets another lefty

Nothing has changed since last week, when Rangers manager Ron Washington said that his options were so limited at first base that he has to start the left-handed-hitting Mitch Moreland against left-handed starters. It worked out well Thursday at Tampa Bay, as Moreland hit a homer off All-Star lefty Matt Moore. Moreland is bat in the lineup against Astros lefty Dallas Keuchel on Wednesday in the finale of the three-game series. Moreland is 1 for 5 in his career against Keuchel.

Astros lineup vs. LHP Martin Perez: Jonathan Villar, ss; Jose Altuve, 2b; Matt Dominguez, 3b; Chris Carter, 1b; J.D. Martinez, lf; Brandon Laird, dh; L.J. Hoes, rf; Cody Clark, c; Brandon Barnes, cf.

Rangers lineup vs. LHP Dallas Keuchel: Ian Kinsler, 2b; Elvis Andrus, ss; Alex Rios, rf; Adrian Beltre, 3b; A.J. Pierzynski, c; Jeff Baker, dh; Mitch Moreland, 1b; Craig Gentry, lf; Leonys Martin, cf.
