Pecan Valley to host Parent-Junior event

Pecan Valley Golf Course in Fort Worth is hosting a Parent-Junior event on Sunday, Aug. 23. There will be a 1 p.m. shotgun start on the Hills Course.

Each team has one parent and one junior golfer, with flights based on the age of the junior golfer. The format is alternate shot after selecting the drive. Entry fee is $70 per team. For information, call 817-249-1845.
