The area’s newest radio golf show, the ESPN Golf Connection, will be doing a remote broadcast from the North Texas Golf Expo in Dallas during its Sunday time slot (8 a.m. to 10 a.m.) on 103.3 FM.
Two of the hosts have Fort Worth connections. Peter Ripa, tournament director of the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial, and Courtney Connell, head golf professional at Mira Vista Country Club, join ESPN radio personality R.J. Choppy as hosts of the weekly show, which made its debut last week. Pam Wood, vice-president of The Golf Connection USA, also will appear regularly as part of the show.
