Duval accepts sponsor's exemption to Colonial

David Duval, runner-up in last week’s AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, has accepted a sponsor’s exemption to compete in the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial, May 24-30 in Fort Worth. Duval, the 2001 British Open champion, put together four consecutive rounds in the 60s at Pebble Beach, where he finished one stroke behind winner Dustin Johnson. In his last Colonial appearance, Duval tied for 25th in 2006.
