As part of re-opening festivities at the Texas Golf Hall of Fame, which recently moved to San Antonio after 14 years of dormancy, fans will have a chance to view and pose for photographs with some of golf’s most historic trophies from now until Oct. 31.
Hall of Fame officials have the borrowed the original Wanamaker Trophy, presented to winners of the PGA Championship, from the PGA of America’s Historical Center in Florida. It is on display with exact replicas of trophies from the Masters, U.S. Open, British Open and the Ryder Cup. For a $20 donation, fans can pose for a photo with all of the trophies.
