Steele, Fowler join Colonial field

Brendan Steele, a PGA Tour rookie who captured his first career victory in Sunday’s final round at the Valero Texas Open, added his name to the commitment list today for the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial, May 16-22 in Fort Worth.

Rickie Fowler, the No. 34 player in the world golf rankings and the 2010 PGA Tour Rookie of the Year, also has joined the Colonial commitment list, tournament officials announced.
