Officials at the Ben Hogan Foundation will hold their initial meeting of the Ben Hogan Breakfast Club, a fund-raising endeavor to benefit the non-profit organization, Thursday at Shady Oaks Country Club in Fort Worth.
Bruce Devlin, a former PGA Tour competitor who won the 1966 Colonial National Invitation Tournament, will be the keynote speaker at the 7:30 a.m. meeting. Cost of the breakfast is $20 and there is a tax-deductible, $100 initial fee to join the club. The initiation fee will be waived for Thursday’s meeting.
Robert Stennett, executive director of the Ben Hogan Foundation, said he envisions having four to five breakfasts per year. Stennett said seating is available for Thursday’s meeting but an RSVP is required. For more information, call 817-301-9934 or send an email to robert.stennett@benhoganfoundation.org.
