Colonial listed among nation's Top 100 courses by Golf magazine

Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth has been selected as one of the Top 100 courses in the U.S. by Golf magazine in its September issue. The magazine lists its Top 100 courses every two years and Colonial checked in at No. 81, one spot behind the only other Texas course on the list: Whispering Pines of Trinity, which was No. 80. Colonial was No. 77 in the magazine’s 2009 listing. The top-rated course, in both 2009 and 2011, was Pine Valley Golf Club in Pine Valley, N.J.
