Four golfers from The First Tee of Fort Worth will play golf Thursday with Lee Trevino, a six-time major champion and member of the World Golf Hall of Fame, at Diamond Oaks Country Club in Fort Worth.
The round was purchased at a charity auction where proceeds were split between the Lee Trevino Endowment for Golf at Texas Wesleyan and the Fort Worth Junior Golf Association. It was purchased by Lee Hughes, managing partner of Maverick Homes, with the playing spots donated to four junior golfers from area high schools who are First Tee participants: Adam Austin (Fort Worth Western Hills), Daniel Dahlinger (North Crowley), Dalton Martin (Saginaw) and Nicholas Narcisse (Mansfield).
