David Feherty, CBS golf analyst and host of the Golf Channel’s primetime series Feherty, sits down for an interview with former President Bill Clinton in the episode that debuts tonight (May 14) at 9 p.m. on the Golf Channel.
The witty Feherty has helped make the show, which started in June 2011, the most-watched original series in Golf Channel’s 17-year history.
In the episode with Clinton, the two discuss wide-ranging topics from Clinton’s lifelong love of golf to paramaters that Clinton used to make life and death decisions as commander-in-chief. Appropriately, the off-beat Feherty begins the show with a compelling question: “You obviously don’t have as many advisors as you had when you were in office. My first question is, ‘What the hell would possess you to do this (interview)?’”
Feherty will appear Wednesday in Fort Worth at the Omni Hotel as the featured speaker for the Recovery Resource Council’s 24th annual Stars in Recovery event. Feherty will discuss his personal story of overcoming depression and alcohol addiction at the fund-raising event in Fort Worth.
Individuals interested in attending Wednesday’s event should contact Lauren Deen at l.deen@recoverycouncil.org for additional information or register online at www.recoverycouncil.org.
