ARLINGTON - The statistics from the Aggies' 42-38 loss against the Razorbacks are numbing:
Christine Michael 32 carries for 230 yards, 3 TDs, and the Aggies lost
Texas A&M 381 yards rushing, and the Aggies lost
Texas A&M 682 yards total offense, and the Aggies lost
Arkansas 14 penalties for 112 yards, and the Hogs won
The numbers go on and on. For instance, Hogs WR Jarious Wright had 13 catches for 281 yards. The Aggies held him under 300.
For the second time in as many weeks, the Aggies imploded in the second half. The first one came at Kyle Field. The second one came in Texas, on a neutral site.
"I've never experienced this. A lot of teams never experience this once," Aggies CB Terence Frederick said.
Aggies QB Ryan Tannehill was 25 of 35 for 247 yards with one interception.
"This is bizarre. It's hard to explain. It's hard to put your finger on it," Aggies quarterback Ryan Tannehill said. "None of us saw this coming. The game was in our hands the entire second half. I didn't feel like we were letting go of it. We're going to see this week what kind of men we have in this locker room and how we bounce back from this situation."
The good news for Texas A&M is that it plays Kansas on Nov. 19 at Kyle Field.

Wwlcome to the greatest conference in America. I applaud the Aggies for the fortitude to be part of the best conference and stop being a lap dog for those people in Austin. You'll do fine. Keep up the good work. From, A razorback dad.

Aggies will be fine. The SEC is great but the pride of Texas is even greater! No doubt the SEC will raise the game of A&M. But as Texas's sole representative in the SEC will give them a HUGE recruiting advantage in Texas. Look to see University of Texas players defecting to A&M. The Aggies will be big once they start playing in the SEC.

Amazing game. If you missed it, you missed a GREAT game. Texas A&M is going to be a terrific addition to the SEC.
