Funny video: TCU grad produces very funny Kurt Angle video on Funny or Die

Charles Rice is a 26-year-old, 2009 grad of TCU who is from Houston, and currently lives in Hollywood trying to become a big-time movie producer.

"My aspiration is to be one of the most well-known producers in Hollywood. I know it's a lofty goal," Rice said. "I'm Jewish, so that should help."

Rice just produced one of his first projects, a really funny Funny or Die video starring professional wrestler, former U.S. Olympian Kurt Angle. It was directed by Alex Perry. You don't have to be a pro wrestling fan to appreciate Angle's Funny or Die pursuit of another Olympic dream in a variety of sports other than wrestling.

I highly suggsest you click here to watch the video from

The video is 3:10, but Rice said it took two full days to film. There is a "director's cut" that is floating out that Rice said he hopes to release one day. If you watch the video, during the press conference scene Rice is to Angle's right.

Rice said the crew of about 20 poeple shot some of this "guerilla style" (aka sans permits) all over L.A.

The end result is really, really funny. Props to everybody involved, espcially Angle for having a sense of humor about himself.

Rice wanted to make sure producers Bill Kenney, Brenan Kenney, Elliott Watson also received some love for their work.

Rice is currently working on a documentary about the history of professional wrestling, among other projects. If anything he does is as good as this, he should be fine.

Former Frog

Note to Ed: there is no such thing as a "former" Olympian. Once an Olympian, always an Olympian. Similar to the POTUS.

Oh, and funny vid. Kid has a future!
