In search of the world's best burger

PageImage-507878-5092793-RiverCityGrillePhotogalleryMARBLE FALLS, Texas - The view of the Colorado River, which right now actually has water in it, trumps everything on the menu at the River City Grille. The menu, however, does feature a burger worth the visit.

Located in charming Marble Falls, the River City Grille features a large menu with items ranging from catfish to steaks and just about everything else but the Green Chile Burger is the clear winner.

The Green Chile burger looks like a giant heaping mess of ground beef and fat on a bun, which is exactly what it is and why it so good.

This is a flavorful burger without the green chile, but the addition of this spice gives it good kick that is not too much. The green chile does not overpower the expected taste of a burger. Yes, it's a mess but worth the clean up.

Was there just last year - didn't get the CB though. Nice place to hear a band play on the weekend while looking out over the river. And love the drive down 281.

Loved their burgers and ribs. I haven't had anything bad to eat there. Great view. Great food. A must for folks in the area, traveling thru, or just looking for a nice evening out.
