LeBron James (scoring, rebounding, court vision, enough said)
Steve Nash (makes everybody around him better, best shooter)
Kobe Bryant (unbelievable, selfish player)
Dirk Nowitzki (playoffs left me a little bitter)
Dwyane Wade (gets alot benefit from refs)
Kevin Garnett (great at everything)
Tim Duncan (learn to shoot a free throw)
Tracy McGady (as talented as anybody on the list, bad back)
Yao Ming (he's in the wrong darn era)
Gilbert Arenas (great scorer, thats about it)
Amare Stoudemire (great player, but he's got nash)
Chris Bosh (he's alright...and yes i've seen toronto play)

Dirk is still number one!! He is a great player. But Nelly made him and knows how he works!! They killed him out there because Nelly knows Dirk's weakness and stong point. Nelly worked to defeat his stronger points. Make a Robot and you will know its every move!! Dirk is kicking him self enough without everyone else doing it for him. Lets get behind him and let him know we still love him when he is not at his best.

Dirk No "what's his name for MVP?? Give us a break. How much did Cuban pay to get some solace in Dallas after their monumental screw-up against Golden State. What's his name doesn't deserve MVP. He has shown no leadership for this team. He should request to be traded and see if he can get on a team that has won a championship in the past. This is a slap in the face to the players that are currently in the play-offs. The MVP should not go to a player who has to sit out the remainder of the season, because of poor leadership and actually poor playing skills.

AMC>>>> The MVP should go to the best player on the best team in the regular season. The player that every team is concerned about when they play the Mavericks. The player that has career highs in shooting, rebounding and assists. The player that lead his team to the finals last year and lead his team to 67 wins this year. The player that if the Mavericks didn't have they wouldn't even be in the post season. That player is DIRK NOWITZKI!!!!! AND HE IS THE MVP!!!!!

If I were selecting the best player for my team (not just best talent, but leadership and all)-

1. LeBron James (His future is very bright)
2. Tim Duncan
3. Dwayne Wade (Personally, I hate him. But he is a darn good player)
4. Dirk Nowitzki
5. Kobe Bryant (If it was earlier in his career he would be my number one, but as of right now I wouldn't want anything to do with him)
6. Chris Bosh
7. Steve Nash
8. Yao Ming
9. Tracy McGrady
10. Amare Stoudemire (But I would take Carlos Boozer instead)

Who is Dirk Nowitzki? ohhh that best player in the soft girly mavs team. How did he got MVP ;)

If MVP's are based on the best player w/the best record then Chancey should have deserved it last year, not Nash. I'm not exactly a NAsh worshipper, but I do follow the NBA and there is no doubt that Nash is much more of a better and complete player than Dirk. Dirk is a top 10 to 15 player, and he was handed the award because it's hard to give the MVP to a canadian player 3 years in a row. Dirk is a liability on defense and teams now know how to play against him (have a smaller and quicker, yet stronger player him). I'll give him his credit for MVP next year if he puts on 20 pounds of muscle in the off season and learns to tougher meantally. At the very least he can learn to pass out of a double team aand move to the low post when they have a smaller player on him. His attitude stinks as he doesn't want to be the #1 option on his team. How can he be the MVP when he doesn't want to be the #1 option?

BTW here's my ranking:
1. LeBron James (#1 for his youth and skills)
2. Steve Nash (The true MVP for this year)
3. Kevin Garnett (imagine if he was teamed up with Nash)
4. Tim Duncan
5. Kobe Bryant (Uber Athlete but Over rated and over shoots)
6. Chris Bosh (a lot of upside)
7. Dwyane Wade (Over hyped and gets alot of calls, AI is tougher)
8. Dirk Nowitzki (a good shooter, poor on D, no low post defense, good rebounder but at 7ft your suppose to do that and he gets rebounds only whenever the player he guards does not have the ball)
9. Amare Stoudemire (Could move up next season after a slow start at the beginning of this season)
10. Yao Ming ( Has Height!)
11. Gilbert Arenas (Super athlete, but struggles at the end of the season)
12 Tracy McGady (over rated)
