Because Jason Terry broke NCAA rules while at Arizona -- accepting money from an agent -- he's been banned from having his jersey retired there. The sixth man on the Wildcats' 1997 national title team surely would have had his No. 31 retired by now if not for his misstep. Perhaps total forgiveness is not far away.
There's word it just might happen...
