It has a few things fans like. It has a shop where you can buy some Mavs and Dirk-centric merchandise (for sale in Euros of course), most of which you can find on Mavgear.com. Unfortunately, there is no Deutschland #14 jerseys available, as those are some truly sweet uniforms.
Dirk's Blog is on there, but much of it is ghostwritten or third-party articles about Dirk. There are only a few posts by Dirk himself (he's likely busy trying to win basketball games).
There are also downloadable wallpapers featuring Dirk in various Photoshop settings and a fan forum message board, which will likely be invaded by bored Spurs fans in a matter of days.
It's a decent NBA player Web site, but it can't hold a candle to Mark Madsen's site (which is a solid 10 on the unintentional comedy meter), Mike Bibby's site (which actually has some interesting stuff for fans) or former NBA spare Peja Drobnjak's Sonics Manjaks site (which incidentally is the greatest Web site ever created).
