It should be interesting to see how Josh Howard and Luol Deng go at each other tonight in Chicago. When the Mavericks and Bulls met in Chicago in the preseason, the two players torched each other.
Both had 18 points. Deng made 6-of-7 from the field and played only 21 minutes and Howard made 6-of-8 and played15 minutes.
"Those guys are premier small forwards," Mavericks coach Avery Johnson saiid before the game. "They can put it on the floor, they can shoot it, both of them can run, they're long, and both of them are very important to their ball club. I don't think either one of them played any defense against the other one last time, so hopefully our guy can play defense and score."
