Ginobili questionable

The Spurs will definitely be without Tim Duncan after he twisted his right knee and sprained his right ankle on Sunday against the Blazers.

But, they also might be without sixth-man extraordinaire Manu Ginobili. The guard hurt his left index finger in that same game, but stayed in. It's remained sore so Gregg Popovich said Ginobili will be a game-time decision.
