Avery Johnson clearly seemed more concerned about Erick Dampier's left knee injury that the coach originally thought was no big deal. Dampier apparently bumped knees during the Golden State game, causing swelling. He missed Friday's game against Miami and didn't make the trip for today's game against Minnesota.
If Dampier doesn't show signs of improvement at Monday's practice, Johnson said he'd get an MRI.
"We tried to get him on the court [Saturday] and see if he could move around and he just couldn't really move at all," Johnson said.
