Kevin Garnett has missed the last two Celtics games with an abdominal strain and it appears doubtful that he will play against the Mavericks on Thursday. Garnett is listed as day-to-day but one member of the Celtics front office said Garnett would likely sit out.
That's good news for the Mavericks, who are without the injured Devin Harris and Jerry Stackhouse. But then again, maybe Garnett will have that miracle recovery.
