The Indianapolis Star is reporting, according to sources, that the Pacers have traded third-year swingman Shawne Williams to the Mavericks for injured swingman Eddie Jones, two second-round draft picks and approximately $1.8 million in cash.
No doubt the Mavs were getting tired of Jones' constant injury problems. A hamstring strain has kept him from even practicing yet. Williams, however, comes with some off-court baggage.
The deal has not been confirmed from this end.
