I've covered plenty of back-to-back games in hockey, and there's always debate on how much it affects the team playing twice in as many nights. The Boston Celtics will be doing that, playing at New Orleans tonight before taking on the Mavericks tomorrow at the AAC. Now the Celtics have already played 12 back-to-backs this season, going 8-4 in the first game and 9-3 in the second. Obviously they won't be traveling far (what is that flight from New Orleans, maybe an hour?), but still could affect the Celts.
So what do we think... does the Celtics' back to back give the Mavericks an edge?
