When the PA guy is driving to the arena, my guess is that he always listens to You Make Me Want to Shout! by the Isley Brothers.
Anyway, he just introduced J.J. Barea as a sub for Jason Kidd and it was in a voice the previous generation reserved for Magic Johnson.
But in a way, I understand. The Mavericks are up 24-20 with 2:18 left in the first quarter and half the arena is fighting sleep. Any reason to yell, I suppose, is a good one.
