Mavs still hanging around the hoop

You never know when a rebound will fall in your lap. And the Mavericks are still working the trade grapevine to see if anything crazy happens in the last hour.

Doesn't seem likely, but you never know with this bunch.

Lots of crazy rumors out there, most of which I suspect have been planted by teams to stir interest from other suitors.

We'll see if there's an 11th-hour deal for the Mavs shortly. --Eddie Sefko
