Mavs focus _ what focus?

The Mavericks can be bashed on a lot of different fronts for last night's loss to Oklahoma City. I'll restrict my criticism to one.

The Mavericks knew by halftime that the Thunder was playing hard. They knew the longer the game was close the more the Thunder's confidence would build. And what did they do? They got blown out in the third quarter.

The first half, coming off a game in Dallas the night before, I understand. I do not understand how the Mavericks produced such a poor effort in the third.
