Did anybody notice the post from this afternoon about what the Mavericks were saying about the Wizards?

To refresh your memory, here's what they said.

Jason Terry: "Why would we want to give this team confidence and make it a dogfight. We need to jump on this team quick and early.''

Rick Carlisle: "Washington has had a down year, but they got enough talent to beat you. We got to make sure we play our game as well as we can and not leave anything to chance.''

Consider it a dogfight with plenty left to chance.

The Mavericks trail 26-20 at the end of one and look like they are ripe for an upset.
