I've been getting some emails today regarding Oklahoma State point guard Byron Eaton, the former Lincoln standout.
I didn't include him in my analysis of draftable point guards because he's a second-round pick, if that.
I can't help but wonder if he would have been better off becoming a defensive back for Oklahoma State instead of a point guard. The kid had (has) big ability, even though he wasn't real big.
Anyway, he had a terrific college career at OSU and will get a shot with somebody in their summer league. After that, it's a matter of proving talent scouts wrong.
