We'll be offering up a question-and-answer session with Rick Carlisle in Sunday's paper. But as part of our ongoing education in the art of teasing, here's a little tidbit to whet your appetite.
Carlisle had this to say when asked if he would carry the maximum 15 players on this year's roster, or whether it might be 14 or 13 players as a concession to the economy.
"It's too early to talk about that,'' Carlisle said. "If there are enough guys that play well enough to make a case that they deserve jobs, then most owners will be more open-minded. But if not, it'll be 13 or 14.''
