The Dallas-Fort Worth basketball scene continues to pump out high-quality players, including a few that fly under the radar, such as Trey Gilder.
The Memphis Grizzlies have signed the undrafted free agent forward after he had an impressive summer-league showing. Gilder is from DeSoto and played collegiately at Northwestern State in Louisiana and last season for Colorado of the NBDL. He was a key player for the team that won the NBDL title.
He's another example that good players who work hard never fall through the cracks.
