Since we still have a few minutes remaining before tipoff, a few thoughts...
Why was 7 p.m. even put on any schedule as the start time? And even worse, why did I, a veteran of this profession for way too long, believe it?
I haven't seen as many celebs today as I have the past few nights. They either got to their seats too fast for me to catch them, or the past two nights' parties were better than advertised...
Do All-Star games even live up to the hype anymore? Or is the hype more about the pregame entrances, halftime shows and other entertainment that surrounds the actual "game"? I vote for the latter...
It's suddenly dark in here, and the amateur photographers in the stands are hard at work getting their images. Wonder how well those pics from the third level actually turn out...
