McCants due to join Texas Legends soon

Apparently, the long-running uncertainty regarding Rashad
McCants is close to a resolution.
 
Donnie Nelson, co-owner of the Texas Legends, said the
former NBA first-round pick is supposed to join the team in the next couple of
days.
 
He will quickly be placed in the starting lineup, Nelson
said, along with Antonio McDaniels, Reece Gaines and Sean Williams, making the Frisco
D-League team rich in NBA experience with four players who have competed in the
big league.
 
The Legends have their fan jam tonight and open the regular
season Thursday at the Rio Grande Valley Vipers.
