Shawn Marion has put his
Miami home up for sale and there’s a great incentive for making the buy.
Just remember to bring your
big-boy bank account with you.
Marion, who played for the
Heat before being traded to Toronto, will provide round-trip private jet
service (Miami-Dallas-Miami) and four club level tickets to Super Bowl XLV at Cowboys
Stadium on Feb. 6.
Here’s the hard part.
You have to buy the six-bedroom, 7,300-pllus square foot home located at
Cloisters on the Bay and close by the end of the day on Dec. 31.
The asking price? $2
million.
Though anybody who can
afford the house probably can afford Super Bowl tickets, too, it’s a
pretty inventive incentive.
