DALLAS _Toronto led by as many as 13 points (53-40) early in the third period Tuesday night before the Dallas Mavericks staged a rally.
With Brian Cardinal nailing a late 3-pointer, the Mavs cut their deficit against the Raptors going into the fourth quarter to 64-59.
The Mavs caught a big break when Toronto forward Linas Kleiza was ejected with two quick technicals issued by Bob Delany with 5:14 left in the third period and the Raptors ahead 56-52. At the time of his departure, Kleiza was leading the Raptors in scoring with 16 points on 7 of 14 shots in just 26 minutes.
