When the Mavericks landed in Milwaukee Friday evening, it
was a balmy 55 degrees. That’s 30 degrees above the normal high
temperature for this time of year. Saw people in shorts.
Anyway, when the Mavericks woke up this morning for
shootaround, it was a more Milwaukee-like 23 degrees. Not supposed to get any
warmer than that and headed to the teens before they leave for Cleveland after
the game tonight. I’m sure it will be much nicer there.
Anyway, there’s some craziness going on with the
Bucks. You may remember when they came to Dallas last month, they had Drew
Gooden, who played well in the Milwaukee upset win. He had not played for
several games before that. And he hasn’t played a game since.
Now, the Mavericks are hearing signals that he may be in
uniform tonight.
You’d think Drew has something against his old team or
something.
Anyway, we’ll keep you updated from shootaround about
any developments regarding a certain tall blond guy.
