just about anything, including whether Cuban’s comments about the New
Orleans Hornets’ trade for Carl Landry will draw a fine by the NBA.

odds are that he will not be fined.
 
To
win $100, you have to put up $200 if you don’t think he will be fined.
 
You
can win $150 for $100 if you say that, yes, he will be fined.
 
Of
course, is there a chance we’ll never know for sure since the NBA doesn’t
have to release these sorts of things?
