DALLAS _ Kobe Bryant was in a jovial mood when he was asked this afternoon about the possibility of Dallas Mavericks forward Dirk Nowirzki winning this year's Most Valuable Player award.
"He's one of the best players in the league, bar-none,'' Bryant, the LA Lakers' All-Star guard, said. "I'm not going to sit here and just kiss his (butt) for 10 seconds. He's a great player.''
