Mavericks are coming home Friday no matter what

The NBA has decided that the second round of the
two-versus-three portion of the Western Conference playoffs will not start
until Saturday. That makes it easy for the Mavericks in terms of packing for
Game 6 to Portland.
 
They will be able to come back to Dallas on Friday,
regardless of whether they win or lose Game 6 on Thursday night in Portland.
 
One way or the other, they are going to have a few days in
Dallas, either to play Game 7 against the Blazers on Saturday or relax while
waiting for Game 1 on Monday against either the Lakers in LA or the New Orleans
Hornets in Dallas.
