DALLAS -- Dallas Mavericks forward Dirk Nowitzki is speaking to the media right now for the first time since undergoing right knee surgery last Friday.
Nowitzki is slated to be out for six weeks, and said nothing has changed in that regard.
"The timetable the first week is very important," Nowitzki said. "No doctor can actually say what's going to happen.
"I'd love to play next Tuesday, but that's not going to happen. Hopefully for the rest of my csreer I shouldn't have any problems."-- Dwain Price Follow me on Twitter @dwainprice
