Beaubois turns left ankle at today's practice

DALLAS --The Dallas Mavericks received a scare Friday when guard Rodrigue Beaubois was hobbling after today's practice at American Airlines Center after injuring his problematic left ankle.

"He turned his ankle again,'' coach Rick Carlisle said. "We’re hoping he’s going to be OK.''

It's the same ankle -- attached to the same foot -- Beaubois has had problems with seemingly throughout his four-year career with the Mavs.

Carlisle isn't sure if Beaubois will be ready to play in Saturday's home opener against the Charlotte Bibcats.
