DALLAS -- Dallas Mavericks forward Shawn Marion will miss at least the next three games after spraining the left medial collateral ligament during Monday's 114-91 win over the Portland Trail Blazers.
Marion will miss Wednesday's home game against Toronto and won't travel during the upcoming two-game road trip to New York and Charlotte. The Mavs play the Knicks on Friday and the Bobcats on Saturday.
Mavs officials say Marion will be re-evaluated next week.
In four games thus far this season, Marion is averaging 8.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.3 blocks in 27.0 minutes and shooting 51.9% (14-27) from the field.
