TORONTO -- Even on road trips now, Dirk Nowitzki can be seen burying one jumper after another during pre-game warmups.
And the Dallas Mavericks' forward was burying several jumpers while working out feriously before the Mavs lost to the Toronto Raptors, 95-74. However, no one knows for sure when the 11-time All-Star will return to the court, although the nationally televised (TNT) game on Dec. 27 at Oklahoma City has been tossed about by some as the possible return game for Nowitzki.
“Dirk’s working hard, but there’s no timetable,’’ coach Rick Carlisle said. “He’s been traveling with us some in recent games, which is good to have him a part of things.
“But there’s nothing imminent here.’’
