Mavs blow 25-point lead and lose to Grizzlies, 90-84

MEMPHIS -- The Dallas Mavericks reached a low-point in their seaosn when they blew a 25-point lead in the second period and lost to the Memphis Grizzlies, 90-84, Wednesday night at the FedEx Forum.

The Mavs have now lost three straight games and fell to 25-32 while losing the opener of this three-game road trip.

Shawn Marion led the Mavs with 16 points and eight reobunds, Elton Brand scored 12 and OJ Mayo had 11.

Dallas, whicjh scored just five points in the third quarter,  led 51-26 with 5:25 left in the second period, but couldn't hold on at the end.

The Mavs play the Nets in Brooklyn on Friday.
