AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – Dallas Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle said his team shouldn’t act like they’ve arrived just because they won Wednesday’s game against the Houston Rockets.
“We can’t have any slippage,’’ Carlisle said after Friday morning’s shoot around at The Palace of Auburn Hills. “We’ve got to be really focused and concentrate on our opponent, and what we need to do and that’s what we’re go to have to do tonight.
“The game the other night was great for us. But that one’s over and we’ve got to move over to this one.’’
The Mavs (27-33) will play the Detroit Pistons (23-40) tonight at 6:30 at The Palace of Auburn Hills.
