MILWAUKEE -- To say that Dallas Mavericks forward Dirk Nowitzki truly enjoyed that amazing dunk Los Angeles Clippers center DeAndre Jordan executed over Detroit guard Brandon Knight is one of the all-time understatements.
"It was just crazy,'' Nowitzki said after Monday's practice at the Bradley Center. "It had hops, the body control, the finish, the guy laying on the ground like he was shot.
"The whole thing, it was like made up. It was unbelievable and it looked like a video game. It was really, really impressive.''
Jordan's dunk occurred in the first half of the Clippers' 129-97 win over the Pistons on Sunday. The dynamic play has been played over and over and over again on ESPN, and already has become a YouTube sensation.
"The guys on the bus watched it like 20 or 25 times in a row, and everybody was yelling,'' Nowitzki said. "That was definitely one for the ages and definitely one of the best in-game dunks I've seen.
"If I had hops like that I would try to dunk on everybody. Unfortunately I've got to live with what I've got, and that's not jumping.''
