DALLAS -- Coach Rick Carlisle said he didn't have any insights on why Dallas Mavericks general manager Gersson Rosas suddenly turned in his resignation Tuesday and walked away after being on the job for just 90 days.
"Things didn't work out,'' Carlisle said after Wednesday's shoot around at American Airlines Center. "Beyond that I don't have any details.
"Right now we've got to get ready to play games. It happened and he'll move on and we'll move on.''
Carlisle said he still has very high confidence in owner Mark Cuban and Donnie Nelson, the team's president of basketball operations.
"The best I've ever been with,'' Carlisle said. "We were strong to start with and we're still strong, so that's where we are.''
