DALLAS -– Dallas Mavericks’ forward Devin Ebanks was suspended today by the NBA for two games
without pay for pleading nolo contendere to driving under the influence of alcohol, in violation of the law of the State of California.
The suspension of Ebanks begins with the first game of the 2013-14 regular season in which he is eligible and physically able to play.
Ebanks is one of 20 players in the Mavs' training camp and is a long-shot to make team.
